OCAN 2.0
TREAT has added OCAN 2.0 to its catalogue of assessment tools. Based on the Camberwell Common Assessment of Need (CAN-C), this tool is a standardized, consumer-led, decision-making tool that assists with mental health recovery. Based on TREAT's flexible and proven platform, we offer an easy-to-use solution with a direct data submission interface, making it easy as 1-2-3 to collect, report, and submit your OCAN data.
TREAT aggregates data stored firsthand and also by your other systems, and then presents it all in a single clinical executive summary page. You'll no longer have to search across multiple sources to find what you need. With the TREAT's Patient Profile, you'll have real-time access to all pertinent information at-a-glance.
TREAT provides customers access to over 120 different clinical assessment, screening, and management tools, with value-added functions such as automated scoring, graphing, reporting, and integrated clinical documentation. And if you're looking for a unique tool that we don't have, we can easily translate it into electronic form for you!

TREAT is an easy-to-use Web-based application that is accessible through Microsoft's Internet Explorer on any desktop, laptop, or tablet computer. TREAT's flexible implementation options provides the perfect fit in both functionality and budget, no matter whether you are an individual healthcare professional, small organization, or large organization.

For Clinicians, Program Coordinators, & Other Healthcare Custodians:

The process to accessing TREAT is simple. A healthcare custodian will securely login to TREAT from their computer. Once logged in, the user will have a variety of functions that they can perform, including:

  • conducting interactive clinical assessments
  • generating detailed clinical reports
  • documenting clinical progress notes
  • contributing to a patient's care plan
  • submitting or extracting clinical data to regulatory reporting systems and other regionalized or organizational data requirements
  • graphing and comparing clinical results to previous results and population means
  • sharing vital clinical data with other TREAT users across different units, facilities, or organizations
  • and much more
TREAT can also be configured to allow both inpatient and outpatient clients the ability to perform self-care assessments. For instance, you could have your outpatient clients begin their assessment before they even arrive to your facility if you desire.

For IT & Clinical Informatics Professionals:

TREAT provides system administrators the full control required to effectively manage the system's users and data. Designated TREAT administrators will securely login to the TREAT Administration system from their computer and will have a large number of administrative tools available to them, including:

  • role-based user access control - allowing administrators to designate what a healthcare custodian can or can't do in TREAT based on their role
  • comprehensive assessment settings
  • customized question and answer definitions
  • auditing of user actions
  • organizational, facility, and group settings
  • data management
  • and much more...
The administrative tools are intuitive and simple to use, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

The TREAT platform is built with security in mind and complies with legislative security requirements. With minimum 128-bit encryption, your patient's clinical data is stored securely. All data is regularly and securely backed-up in case of natural disaster and can be easily restored at any time.

TREAT's application interface makes it easy to integrate with existing systems that you may already have, such as an Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) system. In the case of ADT systems, when a patient is admitted into your ADT system, the patient can be automatically created in TREAT, and whenever a patient is updated in the ADT, they can be automatically updated in TREAT as well.
